I think the idea is good, but there are some things which could've been better. The image isn't as sharp as it could be. This can be seen particularly around the lips and the eye, so the added textures stand out too much.
The color is too saturated, so if you desaturated the red a bit, it would be more easy on the viewer's eyes
The added text isn't really necessary, because it doesn't add anything to the composition, and if someone was to steal your image, it could be erased pretty easily by painting it over with a black colour. So I'd suggest removing it.
A very nice idea and a cool expression on the face, but as I said, there is room for improvements. Keep posting!

Pretty cool effects. would work more on adding some better highlights, especially to the eye so it won't look as flat.

I agree pretty much with the first comment and I think too that, maybe, the brush you used to make the cracks could be a little more sharpened (so it would look like a real crack!).
